At C.O.PE, Nigeria's leading breast cancer awareness charity, the month of October is busy and buzzing.
This is because in common with the global community, C.O.PE always joins in the celebration of Breast Cancer Awareness Month with various activities to drive home the key message of hope, namely, early screening and detection saves lives!
This message is aimed not only at women but also men. Indeed, just recently Mathew Knowles, the father of the famous R & B stars Beyonce and Solange Knowles, revealed that he has been diagnosed and is receiving treatment for breast cancer.
Today in furtherance of its public enlightenment campaign, C.O.PE organized a breast cancer awareness walk through the major streets of the business district of Victoria Island in Lagos commencing from the National Television Authority (NTA) office along Ahmadu Bello Way.
At its conclusion, the participants, breast cancer survivors who we are describing as the bold, beautiful and brave, were all treated to rejuvenating treatments at the BNatural Spa courtesy of C.O.PE.
